4. Offering 100% buyback of produced seeds and oil at fixed, pre-committed rates.

5. Supply, installation & commissioning of Amical BioDiesel manufacturing plant.

6. Training, Trial, commercial production & 100% buyback of BioDiesel.

7. Training of personnel for implementation & compliance with global quality (ASTM) standards.

How does it work:

There are two sources of incomes for our franchisees. You can opt for any one or both of them.

1. As a BioDiesel Manufacturing Unit where we will help you to setup your own biodiesel plant with complete technical assistance and buyback gurantee from us

2. As a reseller of our various products where you will market our complete range of products in renewable energy sector.

Investment & Benefits:

For Home BioDiesel production Unit, the total investment is Rs. 1,00,000 (1 Lac) with the income potential of Rs.10,000 to Rs. 12,000 per month. Suitable for entrepreneurs in small villages.

For Industrial BioDiesel production units, the investment ranges from Rs.10 Lac to Rs. 5 Crore depending on the production capacity of the unit. Expected max. payback period is around 11 months.

Application Instructions

1. Please make sure you are ready to comply with all the franchisee requirements below before applying.

2. Complete the Application Form (below) and fax or mail it to our address.

3. You will be promptly contacted regarding the status of your application.

4. If approved, you will be requested to set up your business licenses, bank accounts, etc. You will be emailed the Franchisee Agreement.

5. Once your accounts are set up, then submit the Business Reference Sheet (attached below) and a signed Franchisee Agreement for final approval to activate your franchisee.

Franchisee Requirement

1. Completed and accepted Franchisee Application

2. Signed Franchisee Agreement

3. Operate as a legal business entity with the appropriate licenses.

4. Provide copies of the business license and resale license to the Company.

5. Have a dedicated phone line, voicemail, and signage stating that You are an Authorized Amical Franchisee.

6. Have a dedicated fax line, internet access, and a stable email address.

7. Provide a showroom or other publicly accessible display area for the Amical product line.
    

The Franchisees wishing to sell our Home / Industrial BioDiesel production units and related products should adhere to following additional requirements:

1. Have at least one sample of each basic product available at all times to show to customers.

2. Have access to a facility to hold workshops on BioDiesel production.

3. Promote and organize at least four biodiesel workshops per year.
   Sell the equivalent of at least 1 basic bio diesel production unit (BDPU) per quarter.

4. Provide proof (i.e. photo, sample, video, etc.) of biodiesel production experience within 30 days of initial receipt of the demo unit to display on our website.

5. Keep demonstration units neat, clean and in good working order.

6. Become familiar with the features, benefits, and operation of the products.
